Shannon Fuller

Shannon is a Chartered Town Planner and studied Rural Property Management at Harper Adams University before embarking on a career in planning.

Previously, Shannon worked for a national property consultancy within their planning and development team and as part of a smaller local firm. Here she specialised in planning in a rural context and lead on a variety of farm diversification projects.

Shannon is experienced in advising landowners on various planning matters from permitted development rights to strategic land promotion.
