GN03-24 Permitted development rights for temporary buildings and uses of land

This guidance note summarises the most relevant Classes for CLA members, i.e., Classes A, B and E and any associated prior approval requirements. We therefore strongly suggest if you are considering using these rights, that you consult the GPDO 2015 carefully to ensure that all conditions and limitations contained in Part 4 are taken into account in your proposals.
