GN13-06 Licence to Shoot on Occasional Days - Form and Explanatory Notes

This is a pro forma agreement under which a landowner or a tenant holding the sporting rights, grants a licence to shoot game on his land for a day or a few days at a time.  It sets out the minimum terms needed for any such agreement.  It is possible, indeed probable, that the parties will want to add other terms to meet their particular circumstances.
