GN15-21 Permitted Development Rights: Moveable structures for specified uses - England only

This guidance note summarises new time-limited permitted development rights to allow for the provision of moveable structures on land within the curtilage of cafes, restaurant and drinking establishments, including where these are listed buildings, and historic visitor attractions only where they are listed buildings.
