Andrew Marriott has joined our team
New Rural Adviser for CLA EastThe Country Land and Business Association (CLA) has appointed Andrew Marriott as its new Rural Adviser in the East.
Andrew, from Hingham in Norfolk, has joined the CLA after a spell as Area Manager for SOYL, a division of Frontier Agriculture. Prior to this, he has undertaken roles in recruitment and was a graduate trainee at a pork production company.
Andrew spent six years as a soldier with the Household Cavalry Regiment and Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment (British Army) before enrolling on a Foundation Degree in Agricultural Management, which he successfully completed in 2017. He will be joining the CLA East team which is based near Newmarket.
In his role as Rural Adviser he will be supporting CLA members with a range of enquiries associated with land management.
