With ever-increasing regulation affecting the residential property sector, CLA members gathered in Norfolk to hear about the latest legislation for the industry and practical information on overseeing a property portfolio.

The seminar considered the challenges rural property owners have with meeting higher Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and advice on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES). Speakers included Harry Flanagan, CLA Senior Legal Adviser; Avril Roberts, CLA Property and Business Policy Adviser; and CLA Regional Surveyor Alison Provis.
