CLA Succession Roadshow
The CLA team is hosting a series of events in October and November, sponsored by Irwin Mitchell, on the topic of succession.
Succession planning is notorious for being one of those things that is often left to be dealt with on another day. Despite that, succession planning is one of the most important tasks facing any landowner. It is crucial to the ongoing viability of a business, as well as future family harmony.
If you leave major decisions about the future of your business and assets too late, you may have to make them without time for proper consideration and at a time of great stress, with more limited and less tax efficient options.
The best time to think about succession planning is right now, and to help you start your succession planning journey, the CLA tax team and our sponsors Irwin Mitchell will talk through the practical, tax and legal considerations, using illustrative case studies to help demonstrate how to navigate succession planning.
Louise Speke and Jack Burroughs from the CLA tax team will provide relevant and practical guidance on succession planning and experts from Irwin Mitchell will also present on the day.

Tickets cost £25 (VAT inclusive) for members and £40 (VAT inclusive) for non-members.

How to book?
Each family attending will be required to purchase a ticket for the event. Additional tickets are complimentary and must be registered by emailing the CLA East office.
