Green Futures 2025
Two upcoming webinars will update you on the latest developments from the agricultural sector
Green Futures returns this spring with two free webinars taking place in March. The first session will be an ideal opportunity to get up to speed on the latest with environmental compliance matters for farm businesses, as well as water quality and water resources issues. Attendees will also learn about the current Defra funding landscape and the status of the agricultural transition – a hot topic amidst so much policy change for the sector.
The second of this year’s Green Futures webinars will discuss land use pressures arising from new policies since the change of government in 2024, including a technical update on access, what we know about the forthcoming Land Use Framework introduced at the 2025 Oxford Farming Conference, next steps for Local Nature Recovery Strategies, and some fascinating insights from Helly Hewson Fisher, who leads the rural research function at Savills.
