Join our team – CLA East Membership Relations Manager

The CLA is the membership organisation for owners of land, property and businesses in rural England and Wales. Our members own or manage around half the rural land in England and Wales and more than 250 different types of businesses and we are looking for a Membership Relations Manager to join us in our East Office.

We want all members of the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) to have the very best experience and ensure they maximise the variety of benefits that membership provides them.

In this role it will be your responsibility to improve the membership experience and increase the levels of member engagement. A key focus for the role will be calling new and existing members to find out more about their business and ensure they recognise the benefits of CLA membership.

We are after someone with proven account management experience who is confident at both telephone and face-to-face interactions. A knowledge of agriculture and rural business would be highly desirable, but not essential.
