We would like to know how you are marking this historic occasion
King Charles III’s coronation will take place on 6 May at Westminster Abbey in London and plans are underway for a variety of ceremonial, celebratory and community events taking place over the three-day weekend.
Following the coronation service on 6 May, the King and Queen Consort, along with members of the Royal Family will appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Other celebratory events include a coronation concert, a lighting up the nation segment where iconic locations across the UK will be illuminated and a coronation big lunch, including street parties and garden gatherings.
