Update on CLA East AGMs

CLA East AGMs will be held online via the Zoom video conferencing platform before branch committee meetings in June this year.

The dates are as follows:

Weds 16 June, 1.45pm – Northamptonshire

Thurs 17 June, 9.45am – Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire

Tues 15 June , 1.45pm – Essex

Mon 21 June, 1.45pm – Nottinghamshire

Tues 22 June, 9.45am – Lincolnshire

Fri 25 June, 9.45am – Hertfordshire

Mon 28 June, 1.45pm – Suffolk

Tues 29 June, 1.45pm –Norfolk

The AGMs - which should take less than 30 minutes - will only carry out the official business of the day, to include:

• Chair Report
• Election of Branch Committee
• Election of President
• Election of Chair
• Election of Vice Chair
• Election of Chair to Council
• Any Other Business (to be submitted at least 7 days prior to the AGM)

CLA East is currently planning a number of visits for members to spectacular locations across the region in late summer. These will be subject to the latest Covid-19 restrictions to ensure they can take place in a safe way.
