A successful event for the Midlands team

The CLA Midlands team held a successful event alongside RCA Regeneration on the 15th November in Worcester. RCA Regeneration are based in Worcestershire but operate nationwide specialising in planning and development.

CLA members enjoyed comprehensive talks on planning related issues with regards to development, renewable energy options and nutrient neutrality as well as having the opportunity to ask questions and talk to experts, including our own Rural Surveyor John Greenshields, about any queries they had with their own developments.

Members also had the opportunity to visit a local development on a walking tour which was initially refused planning at application stage before being granted after an appeal process, illustrating how planning works in practice.
