An ‘in-tents’ few days at the Glamping show for the Midlands team
The Midlands team enjoyed meeting plenty of members at The Glamping show which took place from the 15th – 17th September at NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.
The Glamping Show, known as the UK’s only luxury camping show, is now in its 8th year and has grown in size with the expansion of the glamping and camping sector. More exhibitors were booked in than ever before to showcase the best products and services available on the glamping market and provided the perfect information centre for rural businesses and landowners looking to diversify into new revenue streams.
A seminar programme of live sessions also took place which allowed visitors to share in the knowledge and experience of the industry’s leading experts. Our own Rural Surveyor, John Greenshields talked about the planning process, when you would need planning permission and how to make it as easy as possible to for the council to give you permission. John also discussed the topics of business rates and infrastructure when looking to start such a business.
