Residential Lettings Seminar with the CLA Midlands
The CLA Midlands hosted their second Residential Lettings Seminar in beautiful surroundings
On Tuesday 21st November the CLA Midlands hosted their second Residential Lettings Seminar in conjunction with the East office at the beautiful Stanford Hall in Leicestershire.
With the CLA’s Senior Legal Adviser Harry Flanagan and Property and Business Policy Adviser Avril Roberts providing essential updates, the morning event covered the requirements that must be met when letting out residential property.
The event was kindly sponsored by Carter Jonas, with members of their Cambridge office providing some essential tips and highlighted their processes which were of great use to many of the attendees.
We were grateful to Mark Henderson, our guest speaker from Compton Estate who highlighted the thoughts and plans of the Estate in continuing to meet all of the requirements for their residential properties.
