The Midlands team hosted their first face to face event for the CLA Women’s Network on Tuesday 22nd November at the Granary Brasserie, Shropshire.

Following a zoom call with members back in September, options for potential events were discussed, and members requested an informal lunch. Members enjoyed delicious food and had the opportunity to network amongst themselves and to meet the new Regional Director Sophie Dwerryhouse.

Founded in 2020 by our Director General Sarah Hendry, the CLA Women’s Network is encouraging women to become more active within the CLA and is creating networking, mentoring and business opportunities for our women members.

We are currently working on more events within the region which will be advertised on our social media pages and the events section of our website.
