Come and hear and speak to three Estates that have provided housing to meet local needs.

  • Sir William Worsley, Hovingham Estate
  • Roger Filer, Blenheim Estate
  • Chris Parsons, Earking Estate

Each of them will share how the local needs housing they have provided fits with their Business Plans, the decisions and mechanisms they used to retain control of the asset and meet local needs, how they financed the scheme, worked with planners and engaged with the local community. There will also be a tour of the schemes that the Hovingham Estate has built to meet local housing need.
