Festive visit to Aglow at Auckland Castle

20 members and guests recently visited one of the biggest and brightest lights trails in the country at the spectacular setting of Auckland Castle as part of a pre-Christmas Women’s Network event. The spectacular light trail AGLOW, was installed by CLA member James Cundall.

This pre-Christmas visit included Afternoon Tea in the Old Library, a talk by the Auckland Project team on their plans to re-generate the town.

An expert team then accompanied the CLA visiting party on a 1.5 mile walk to experience a glittering Christmas trail through the Castle grounds and gardens. Very positive feedback had been received after this visit!
