31st May - Breakfast on Day 1
Joined by CLA President Mark Tufnell and Defra Secretary of State, Thรฉrรจse Coffey.
1st June - The CLA South West team will be hosting a popular breakfast on the morning of day one. Click here for more:
The CLA breakfast will be hosted on Thursday June 1, and we are delighted to be joined by Show President Lord Radnor. Government ministers have been invited to speak. We will update you with confirmation of our speakers in due course so keep an eye out for updates in our regional Enews.
Members of the advisory team will be available throughout Thursday 1 and Friday 2 June to answer any questions you may have.

8th June - Day 1 breakfast

We are offering this to our members and their guests free of charge however spaces are booked on a first come first served basis so please do be quick in booking to avoid disappointment.
At Windsor Paul Sedgwick oversees over 16,000 acres including forestry, horticulture, tourism, residential and commercial property activities and manages a team of 200 staff, and is a Trustee of The Prince Philip Trust Fund.
His topic will be: โHow can we achieve a lasting balance between food production and nature recovery on the journey to net zero given current land ownership and tenure?"
Take advantage of our private enclosed garden with views of the main ring or shelter from our unpredictable British weather in our spacious marquee. We have a delicious menu to choose from with a fully stocked bar.
Once lunch is over, make use of the facilities including free tea and coffee and then join us for our awards ceremony and drinks reception.
Theย return of our rural awards and drinks reception, celebrating the achievements of individuals, communities and businesses in rural Sussex. Three awards will be announced: - President's Cup (recipient nominated by Action in Rural Sussex) - Woodpecker trophy (nominated by the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group, or FWAG) - Sussex Young Farmer of the Year (nominated by Sussex Young Farmers), awarded the CLA Rose Bowl.
CLA President Mark Tufnell will also give a topical update on the organisation's recent work and future plans.

This year, the CLA will be hosting an informal breakfast briefing for members on the first day on theย Savills stand number 233. From 8.30am โ 9.30am you can enjoy free breakfast rolls and fresh coffee with CLA Vice-President Gavin Lane, who will be providing an industry update for guests. It is the perfect opportunity to network with others in the farming industry and enjoy a relaxed, informative start to your busy day.
16th June - The CLA Midlands team will be hosting their Big Breakfast event at the Members' Pavilion. Click here for more:
We will be joined by a Guest Speaker andย CLA President Mark Tufnell will also provide an update on CLA lobbying and how the Association is supporting members.ย
There will be time for questions before we finish at 9am, when you can head out on to the main showground to enjoy this major event. This event is always popular and has sold out every year, so please ensure you book in good time.

Breakfast
On day one, join CLA President Mark Tufnell for a free full English breakfast at 8.45am, sponsored by Forrester Boyd Chartered Accountants and Roythornes Solicitors. Mark will provide guests with an industry update on matters relating to landownership and rural business.
From 3.30pm on day one CLA members are encouraged to attend a drinks reception hosted by The CLA and The Worshipful Company of Farmers Livery and Alumni in the CLA marquee. It is a perfect opportunity to meet acquaintances old and new in an informal setting and enjoy the atmosphere of this bustling show.
The CLA will be hosting a free barbecue lunch from noon until 2pm on day two, sponsored by Browne Jacobson and the Forestry Commission. After a busy morning, there can be no better way to relax and enjoy a delicious lunch while taking in the atmosphere of the show.

On day one, start your day in the best possible way with a warm welcome from the CLA and fresh pastries, bacon rolls, tea and coffee in the CLA marquee.
Members are invited to a drinks reception hosted by the CLA that will include the a celebration of the CLA Womenโs Network and CLA Next Generation Network.
From 5pm, TW Gaze, a firm of chartered surveyors with estate agency and agricultural specialists, will host drinks in the CLA marquee and members are welcome to attend.
On day one, start your day in the best possible way with a warm welcome from the CLA and fresh pastries, bacon rolls, tea and coffee in the CLA marquee.
