Henry Dimbleby led the most comprehensive review of food in all its aspects in a generation. He published his proposals in two parts, in July 2020 and July 2021.

The UK Government has now brought out its own response, a Food Strategy which many have described as unambitious. In the new context of runaway prices and war in Ukraine, what is next for our food system?
