Andrew Shirley

Andrew Shirley MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor and leads on infrastructure, minerals, business rates and council tax. He has led the Property and Business Team for over 9 years, a team which covers the policy and advice across rural business, telecoms, planning, housing, landscape designation and heritage.

Andrew has been with the CLA for over 25 years having held a variety of positions in both the regions and nationally. Prior to the CLA he worked for ADAS and Carter Jonas. Andrew lives in Derbyshire with his Chartered Surveyor wife, Tamara: he is a landowner and is also a District Councillor.
