Samantha Horton

Samantha leads the CLA’s Human Resources team and is responsible for the full employee lifecycle covering recruitment, learning and development, reward and benefits, employee engagement, employee welfare through to leaving employment. Prior to joining the CLA in 2003, Samantha worked in the central Human Resources teams in large national and international companies within retail, hospitality and events, including Le Méridien hotels and the ExCel centre.
