The CLA's response to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's consultation, Changes to the current planning system, considers the impact of the proposed changes to the standard methodology for assessing housing on the delivery of rural housing. The CLA's response also covers the First Homes proposals and the need for the permission in principle concept to be extended to rural economic development proposals.
