Non-Domestic Private Rented Sector Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards: Implementation of the EPC B Future Target

The consultation is sought views on how to improve the implementation and enforcement of a minimum band B EPC rating for non-domestic buildings, making sure it can be delivered in practice. Most notably, the consultation proposed for all listed building to require an EPC, bringing them within scope of the minimum energy efficiency standards and for an interim milestone of EPC band C by 2027.
