The CLA recently ran a series of transition roadshow events, including this one at Berkshire College of Agriculture.

The CLA held a series of agricultural transition roadshow events earlier this spring, bringing members the latest details as the sector prepares for a future without the Basic Payment Scheme.

We ran sessions in Hampshire, Berkshire, Sussex and Kent outlining the incoming support schemes, and what farmers and landowners should be doing now to get their businesses ready.

Members were able to talk to specialists from the CLA and Defra to raise specific points and questions as to what the changes and different options will mean for them.
